Job description

The Creative Climate Fellowship is an 8-month remote-only program that equips graduate students in Asia with advanced skills in digital campaigning. Through a blend of intensive training, mentorship by industry experts, and real-world campaigns, participants will master techniques in storytelling, content creation, digital strategy, and data-driven campaigning within the climate or social change sector, all tailored to the unique challenges of the Asia-Pacific region.

Hosted by campaigning organisations Cuttlefish Digital and Love Frankie, this fellowship incorporates immersive placement and module-based learning with unique access to a global network of communications professionals. The program also provides industry-level guidance on the fellows’ capstone projects.

About the role

The Creative Climate Fellowship provides fellows with opportunities to:

  • Gain practical skills and experience in real-world digital campaigns with Cuttlefish Digital and Love Frankie.
  • Start their portfolio focusing on climate action or social change, particularly through a capstone project that showcases their talent, interest, and career aspirations.
  • Access a professional network in the climate, social change, and digital campaigning spaces.
  • Preferred experience

    Candidates should:

  • Be comfortable working in English to a business level
  • Be enrolled at a university and living in Thailand from April to December 2025
  • Have internet access
  • Have basic proficiency in computer applications
  • Have basic knowledge and experience in using digital platforms for communication or research
  • Be able to commit 15-25 hrs a week, attending 90% of the program, including but not limited to:
    • Hands-on campaign work with host organisations
    • Monthly masterclasses
    • Mentorship sessions
    • Capstone project activities
  • Demonstrate motivation and commitment in pursuing a meaningful career in pursuing climate action and social change
