About the role

The Asia Digital Exposure Lab (ADX Lab) is a new fellowships program which seeks to help postgraduate university graduates to join the climate creative communications space in Asia. The Program Coordinator (ADX Lab) works with the Program Manager to head up and launch the ADX Lab program during its first two years of operation. This is a hands-on and diverse role, working across all aspects of program planning and delivery – covering tasks like developing the program, helping to select participants, and ensuring their successful participation in the program.

In this role, you will:

  • Contribute to the development and launch of the pilot ADX Lab program with the Program Manager.
  • Create and manage the delivery of communication materials, including website pages, explainers, social media content, and other assets.
  • Support the overall design of the program and activities that participants take part in.
  • Help participants to get involved in campaigns and projects led by Cuttlefish, international network colleagues, and our campaign partners in Asia.
  • Coordinate recruitment of program participants, including reaching out to relevant universities and selecting candidates for screening and interviews.
  • Manage onboarding of new program participants with the operations team
  • Support monitoring and evaluation activities of the program, seeking ways to improve the program continually
  • Support program administration, logistical arrangements, and ensuring participants have the materials and access they need
  • Help with other tasks relevant to making the program run smoothly.
  • Preferred experience

    • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in program coordination, fellowship management, or a similar role in a nonprofit organisation or educational institution
    • Good written and verbal communication skills in English, and preferably in Thai or another Asian language
    • Professional or educational experience in a Thailand university or a Thailand-based regional or international NGO
    • Experience undertaking a professional internship or fellowship program would be an advantage but not essential.
    • Experience in volunteer management or people management would be an advantage.

    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
    • Excellent attention to detail in documenting and maintaining records of program activities
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for a variety of audiences
    • Strong interpersonal skills to cultivate and maintain strong relations with key stakeholders.
    • A creative and solutions-oriented mindset to foster continuous improvement and innovative ways to support and engage the fellows.
    • Able to work in a culturally diverse, remote-first environment with individuals and groups of various backgrounds and communication styles.

The role is based in Bangkok, Thailand. This is a home-based role, and we’re a remote-first team. However, we can offer access to a private office in a co-working space in central Bangkok. You may be required to attend in-person meetings in Bangkok and may occasionally travel internationally for workshops and meetings with colleagues and partners. We’re not able to offer a work permit or visa for this program, so you’ll need the right to live and work in Thailand.
